Madona Student Hostel is located in the lush green campus of Holy Cross Hospital. Hostel is a home away from home for girls who dream to become a Nurse. Holy Cross Nursing College strives the overall development of the students along with their studies. It is a privilege to see the students come out of their cocoons and emerge in to confident individuals after they stay in the hostel. They develop leadership qualities in mess management, financial management, keeping hostel in aesthetic way. They learn to appreciate the nutritive value of food as they are involved in mess management. Girls come from different parts of India with different background, stay together and develop the bond of love and care. Festivals are celebrated with pomp and enthusiasm giving importance to different culture. Girls in hostel enjoy freedom but at the same time learn to live their life in a disciplined manner. Day to day activities are supervised by the Warden who is a Holy Cross Sister who stays full time there.
Students are encouraged to manage all aspects of their hostels, under the guidance of the warden. This includes managing budgets for the mess and various activities and projects as well as organizing events of the School at Hostel with special food. Hostel offers comfortable stay for students during the course of study. The hostel is clean and comfortable and provided with adequate facilities. Hostel has got spacious dinning hall with modern kitchen facility . Vegetarian and non vegetarian diet is prepared hygienically and served aesthetically.
250 bed new Hostel is in its completion phase. Students will get ample facilities to study, stay comfortably at this hostel. It is beside the Hostel and there is no time waste for travelling.
